倒置の意味で学習した内容に従うなら、副詞の後は動詞、主語の順番になるのでは?

これらの語句も little と同様に文頭に置かれると、続く英文は疑問文のような語順の倒置文になるんだね!

さて、この英文を本来の語順に戻すと、以下のようになるよ。

「その歌手を失ってはじめてその存在感の大きさが分かった」

という頻出構文が使われているんだ。

文頭に置かれて強調されているのが節の場合、少し長くなるため、文構造を見失いがちになるけど、結局のところ倒置のルールは一緒だから、落ち着いて読解してね。
